  What could be improved: Unbelievably hot and stuffy, no opening windows in any of the bedrooms.

  Very nice location, all important places were in the vicinity of 2-3 kms. Tube and tram stations were near too. Property was very clean, spacious and looks newly renovated. Host was responding to all our questions on timely manner.
  
  What could be improved: No microwave, struggled heating food but that was advertised so no complaints.
  New Hob fixed but not working. Only one toilet and sink clogged every time we used it. There was a big packed door kept in the lounge. Housekeeping team regularly accessed the apartment while we were in it, the door separating the main apartment door and inner apartment had a digital lock but not working. On the last day we got message requesting to bin the trash in municipal bins but none were at the location stated. Host sent picture of a bin which was few months old.
  Parking in the area is EUR 6.18 per hour with no free times except at night from 11 pm to 9 am the next morning.

  Comfortable apartment with a lots of space, located in a buzzing and creative area of the city. Whole family was satisfied. Communication with company which takes care of this place was nice, clear and prompt. Have in mind that you will need to register on their special app to pay a deposit.

  Excellent location within Rotterdam, owner was friendly and helpful. Accommodation is clean, well maintained, and has good facilities.
  
  What could be improved: Only negatives I can think of are the kitchen could do with a better knife, and being over 6ft tall makes using the laundry in the loft a little uncomfortable.

  Very clean and modern! Easy system with codes. When you travel as a group to an event to meet more friends everyone don’t go home at the same time. No hassle with keycards, just a quick code and you’re in a comfortable bed!

  We actually stayed at a different apartment, because of water damage at this one, nevertheless, since i assume less the same standard of apartments, i assume the conditions are the same.
  
  Apartment was very clean, kitchen well equipped, furniture new and modern. Good remote communication with the team.
  
  What could be improved: Didn’t have a microwave and the hallway was dirty. Definitely not a showstopper, but that’s why i would give a 9 instead of 10
