Here's what I love about this spot — you're literally steps away from Rotterdam's main shopping streets and cultural attractions. The Markthal is practically around the corner, and you can walk to the iconic cube houses in about ten minutes. What's really convenient is that you don't need to rely on public transport for most things, though the metro connections are excellent when you do want to venture further out. Couples especially seem to appreciate how walkable everything is from here. The central position means you're never far from the city's best experiences.

The Centrum area has this perfect mix of local life and tourist-friendly spots. During the day, you'll see office workers grabbing coffee alongside visitors exploring the city. There's a good selection of cafés and restaurant options within a few blocks — from quick Dutch snacks to more upscale dining. The evening atmosphere is lively but not overwhelming, which I found ideal for winding down after a day of sightseeing. The neighborhood truly captures the essence of modern Rotterdam.

Nice and comfortable; amazing location
You get an entire studio to yourself. All facilities (washing machine, induction cooker and dishwasher) are included. The room(s) are quite spacious and comfortable
The fact that there is no option to request a cleaner. It was also quite warm during our stay, and the portable cooler really does not cover it. Some way to ventilate the room would be nice.
We were very happy with our stay in the apartment in Rotterdam.
The location of the property was excellent, near the tram and the tour boats, and not far from the metro. The apartment was clean and warm, and towels & shampoo were in the apartment. The owner had given his mobile number in case we were not able to get in on the first evening.
The owner had emailed the number of the entry code. However we couldn't find how to bring up the key code display. It wasn't just myself, my adult son was also unable to see how to get the key code. We should have been given the instruction to press the button under etc. etc. However the owner answered our phone call, & we got in. A cheap kitchen scissors for opening packets would be handy.
Perfect independent place to stay in the city centre
Complete (and functioning) amenities. Clean and fresh. Kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine is great.
Anyway, I am very satisfied, very good location, convenient transportation. I will definitely recommend it to my friends

Great Location
We liked the location and the accessibility to transport, local attractions and restaurants and markets. We liked having a kitchen and a washing machine as we are traveling. The area was really nice and quite vibrant. The apartment was clean and had basic kitchen utensils which allowed us to cook.
It was hot in Rotterdam, our host did provide a portable air conditioner, however due to the heat, it only kept the apartment fractionally cooler. If there was a ability to allow natural ventilation this may have helped.

Nice enough place and Situated in a very nice area and very practical for going by foot or by public transportation.
Not any windows, just one switch situated at the door, very small bathroom. You can hear all the outside noises at night either people passing by or tramway. During the night I could hear the whole plumbing of the appartements above the unit and all the flushing noises too .

Location and epace
There was no one to help and once room keys were not working. We smsd on the given number and also called but no one responded. Imagine if the room would have not opened and some error had persisted in the digital keys.

Very clean, outstanding host and wonderful facilities. Very secure building and comfortable for the two of us. If we visit Rotterdam again we will definitely be returning here :) also the smart tv came in handy to airplay the football stream so another big bonus! 😃
There isn’t really a bad thing to say that is practically useful, however the walls between the “rooms” / “buildings” are thin, so often we could hear the neighbours however after a long day it didn’t affect sleep and again isn’t really something that can be changed.

This apartment is compact but completely functional. The washing machine is a bonus. It is in a great location. Be sure to go to the French Bakery within walking distance.
Perfect location and wonderful stay
Everything you will need for a pleasant stay and exploring the city center. Very convenient location, clean and well equipped apartment. The host was very kind and we were able to check-in earlier, so to have the afternoon free.
Lack of window, which we did not mind as the apartment is airconditioned.
