  Nice enough place and Situated in a very nice area and very practical for going by foot or by public transportation.
  
  What could be improved: Not any windows, just one switch situated at the door, very small bathroom. You can hear all the outside noises at night either people passing by or tramway. During the night I could hear the whole plumbing of the appartements above the unit and all the flushing noises too .

  What could be improved: There was no one to help and once room keys were not working. We smsd on the given number and also called but no one responded. Imagine if the room would have not opened and some error had persisted in the digital keys.

  You get an entire studio to yourself. All facilities (washing machine, induction cooker and dishwasher) are included. The room(s) are quite spacious and comfortable
  
  What could be improved: The fact that there is no option to request a cleaner. It was also quite warm during our stay, and the portable cooler really does not cover it. Some way to ventilate the room would be nice.

  Everything you will need for a pleasant stay and exploring the city center. Very convenient location, clean and well equipped apartment. The host was very kind and we were able to check-in earlier, so to have the afternoon free.

  Very clean, outstanding host and wonderful facilities. Very secure building and comfortable for the two of us. If we visit Rotterdam again we will definitely be returning here 🙂 also the smart tv came in handy to airplay the football stream so another big bonus! 😃
  
  What could be improved: There isn’t really a bad thing to say that is practically useful, however the walls between the “rooms” / “buildings” are thin, so often we could hear the neighbours however after a long day it didn’t affect sleep and again isn’t really something that can be changed.

  The location of the property was excellent, near the tram and the tour boats, and not far from the metro. The apartment was clean and warm, and towels & shampoo were in the apartment. The owner had given his mobile number in case we were not able to get in on the first evening.
  
  What could be improved: The owner had emailed the number of the entry code. However we couldn't find how to bring up the key code display. It wasn't just myself, my adult son was also unable to see how to get the key code. We should have been given the instruction to press the button under etc. etc. However the owner answered our phone call, & we got in.
  A cheap kitchen scissors for opening packets would be handy.

  This apartment is compact but completely functional. The washing machine is a bonus. It is in a great location. Be sure to go to the French Bakery within walking distance.

  We liked the location and the accessibility to transport, local attractions and restaurants and markets. We liked having a kitchen and a washing machine as we are traveling. The area was really nice and quite vibrant. The apartment was clean and had basic kitchen utensils which allowed us to cook.
  
  What could be improved: It was hot in Rotterdam, our host did provide a portable air conditioner, however due to the heat, it only kept the apartment fractionally cooler. If there was a ability to allow natural ventilation this may have helped.
