I mean, you’ll hear some street noise (it’s the city center, after all), but nothing that kept me up at night. The kitchen is properly equipped too, which is rare – I’m talking full-size appliances, not those tiny European fridges that can barely hold a bottle of wine.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the building feels secure without being stuffy, and the whole check-in process was smooth. No standing around waiting for someone to show up with keys. The neighborhood has this great energy – during the day you’ve got people heading to work and tourists exploring, but it doesn’t turn into a party zone at night. You’re close enough to walk to Witte de Withstraat for dinner (seriously, do this), but far enough from the real nightlife chaos that you can actually sleep. Parking can be tricky around here, but that’s Rotterdam for you – most people just use the excellent public transport anyway. The tram stops are right there, so getting to other parts of the city is dead simple. I stayed here during a busy conference period and never felt like I was fighting crowds just to get home, which says something about the location. For what you’re paying, especially considering that 9.5 rating from other guests, it’s honestly a solid choice if you want to be in the heart of everything without the typical hotel nonsense.

  The fantastic city views were amazing, the balcony was nice to have breakfast on. A stylish modern apartment, I liked the well equipped kitchen and the large TV. The location is only a short walk from the main station and has a supermarket at street level. A nice area, a theatre and cinema around the corner, and almost everything we visited was within easy walking distance, from the zoo right down to the river.
