The guesthouse itself surprised me with how thoughtfully designed it is. I mean, sure, it’s compact, but whoever planned this place really understood how to make small spaces work. The tiny house concept isn’t just a gimmick here – it’s actually functional, with clever storage solutions and everything positioned just right so you’re not constantly bumping into things.

What really struck me was the attention to detail throughout the property. The hosts clearly care about what they’re doing, which probably explains that impressive 9.8 rating. I’ve stayed at plenty of places that promise personalized service, but this felt genuinely personal rather than scripted. They know the neighborhood inside and out, so when you ask about where to grab coffee or how to get to the city center, you’re getting real recommendations, not just whatever’s printed on a tourist map. The check-in process was smooth – none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby, more like being welcomed into someone’s well-organized home. Parking can be a bit tricky in Rotterdam generally, but they’ve got that sorted too, which honestly saved me a lot of stress. The sound levels were surprisingly good considering you’re in a residential area – I was expecting to hear every neighbor’s morning routine, but the insulation is better than you’d think. Even when there was some construction happening down the street during my stay, it wasn’t the kind of thing that would wake you up or interrupt a phone call. If you’re traveling in summer, the space stays comfortable without feeling stuffy, and in the cooler months, everything feels cozy rather than cramped. It’s the kind of place where you might find yourself lingering over morning coffee instead of rushing out to start sightseeing – which, considering how much there is to see in Rotterdam, says something about how comfortable they’ve managed to make this little space feel.

  Beautiful little place tucked away with a lovely garden. Has everything that you need, the hosts are wonderful and super helpful. Close to a train station which made it easy to get into the city.

  Lovely hosts and a beautiful spot to relax with easy metro links. We hope to be back one day.
  
  What could be improved: There was nothing to dislike at all however could do with instructions for the dishwasher. We never used it has couldn't work it out. We didn't mind washing up by hand at all so didn't bother anyone. Just a tip for future visitors.

  Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed coming back to the tinyhouse after a day out exploring. It really feels homely and all the little touches make it so special. The metro was really convenient and a short walk through the lovely area where the accommodation is. Carola was really hopsitable and we had daily visits from santi.

  We recently stayed at a wonderful guesthouse in Rotterdam and were absolutely delighted! First of all, the house was very cozy and perfect for a romantic getaway for two. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting us warmly and taking care of every detail, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

  Another big plus is the excellent transport connections. It was very easy to get to the center of Rotterdam and the main attractions, just a few minutes by public transport.
  
  The overall atmosphere was simply wonderful. We will definitely return here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place for a romantic stay!
