You know what, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name Cozy and best location! 6 person pop up in my search results, I almost scrolled past it thinking it was one of those generic Airbnb listings. But something about that straightforward approach actually drew me in, and I’m glad it did. This three-star spot right on Eendrachtsweg turned out to be exactly what it promises – no fancy frills, just a really solid place to crash in the heart of Rotterdam.

The location is honestly unbeatable if you want to feel like you’re actually living in the city rather than just visiting it. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal, which sounds touristy but it’s actually where a lot of the good stuff happens – all those food halls and the crazy architecture around Stationsplein. What I really loved though was being able to duck into the local Indonesian place just down the street (the one with no English sign – you’ll know it when you see the line of Dutch people waiting outside). The trams basically run right past your door, so getting to Markthal or down to the waterfront is ridiculously easy.

Inside, it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a place that calls itself “cozy” – think IKEA meets Dutch practicality, but in a good way. The space actually works well for six people without everyone stepping on each other, which honestly surprised me. The kitchen‘s tiny but functional, and there’s this nice little seating area where we ended up hanging out most evenings with takeout from the Turkish place around the corner. One thing that caught me off guard was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re right in the center – I guess Dutch insulation is no joke. The Wi-Fi was solid (important for those inevitable “where should we go tomorrow” research sessions), and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward key-juggling you sometimes get with smaller places. I will say the stairs are pretty steep, so maybe pack light or embrace it as your daily workout. It’s one of those spots where you realize Rotterdam doesn’t need to try as hard as Amsterdam to win you over – it just does its thing really well.
