ART Hotel Rotterdam-Fully Renovated Overview
You know what caught me off guard about ART Hotel Rotterdam-Fully Renovated? It actually lives up to its name – and I mean that in the best way possible. Walking into the lobby, you’re immediately hit with this sense that someone really thought about design here, not just slapped some generic art prints on white walls and called it a day. The renovation they did shows, honestly – everything feels fresh and intentional, from the lighting that somehow makes you look better in the elevator mirrors to the way they’ve balanced modern touches with warmer elements that keep it from feeling cold.
The four-star rating fits perfectly because this isn’t trying to be some stuffy luxury palace, but it’s definitely a step above your standard business hotel. I stayed here twice last year, and both times the staff remembered little details that actually mattered – like how I mentioned I was dealing with construction noise at my last Rotterdam hotel, so they made sure my room faced away from the street work happening nearby. The rooms themselves are smart without being show-offy; the bed was legitimately one of those where you sink in just right, and the bathroom renovation included one of those rain showers that you end up staying in way too long.
Rotterdam can be tricky to navigate if you’re not familiar with the city’s layout – it’s not like Amsterdam where everything tourist-worthy clusters together – but this hotel’s location actually works in your favor. You’re close enough to walk to the Markthal and the cube houses without it being a trek, but far enough from the main party areas that you’ll sleep well on weekend nights. The breakfast situation deserves a mention too; they do this thing where they’ll make fresh stroopwafels if you ask, which sounds small but honestly made my mornings there pretty great. With an 8.7 rating from other guests, I’m clearly not the only one who thinks they’ve gotten the balance right here.
Rotterdam’s apartments offer urban accommodations with skyline views, perfect for families wanting to experience daily life in this culturally rich Dutch port metropolis.

Nothing to say expect very good hotelMalika from Kazakhstan (9/10)
The hotel is well-managed and we felt it every single day of our stay. The staff made sure our TV and other facilities are set properly. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. My mom loved the fact that there is a variety of light sources (for her to knit and read). The breakfast was filling.
Thank you!Aristos from Cyprus (8/10)
It is just next to the Metro station and that is very convenience , Only 10 minutes from the center of the town. There is public parking just outside the hotel which is free from 21.00-09.00 and the rest of the time 2.40 per hour. No good restaurants nearby (walking distance) but the hotel has a good restaurant a bit expensive but good.
