  What a fabulous place! Where do we even start with what we liked?? Its serenity, beauty of the interior and exterior, the location (close to public transport, close to excellent choice of restaurants, close to supermarket), the friendliness, and reliability of our hosts!!!

  As I told Franz (the owner), the property was amazing. Pictures didn't show how awesome it was staying on the canal. Boaters came by and waved as local bird wildlife said hello. It was right next to the train station and it was one stop away from Rotterdam Central. This property made us want to visit Rotterdam again.

  The property was fantastic. Right on the water. Two lovely bedrooms upstairs – note the staircase is a spiral staircase which may be unsuitable for some people / small children. Large living area and kitchen downstairs.

  Tout était parfait ! Bel accueil, endroit tranquille, près du métro, très propre et vraiment bien équipé. Que dire du site : maison flottante sur un canal., avec canards, héron, cygnes, gens faisant de l’aviron et beaux petits bateaux qui passaient. Formidable endroit ! Sécuritaire et stationnement disponible gratuit ! Épicerie tout près aussi. Donc, à recommander. On y retournerait demain. Bravo pour offrir cet établissement.
