010 Studio City Center Rotterdam
About
First Impressions
Walking into 010 Studio City Center Rotterdam, you immediately get that modern, no-nonsense vibe that Rotterdam does so well. This three-star property sits right in the Kralingen-Crooswijk area, and honestly, the location surprised me — it's one of those spots that feels residential but puts you within easy reach of everything that matters in Rotterdam. The building itself has that clean, contemporary Dutch design that doesn't try too hard but still looks sharp. The architectural style reflects the city's commitment to modern urban living while maintaining practical functionality.
The Room Experience
The studio setup here actually works really well — I mean, you're not getting tons of space, but everything feels thoughtfully arranged. Each room has this efficient layout where the sleeping area flows naturally into a small kitchenette area, which is perfect if you want to grab groceries from the local Albert Heijn and save some euros on dining out. The furnishings are simple but comfortable, and you know what? Sometimes that's exactly what you need after a day of exploring the city. The compact design maximizes functionality without sacrificing comfort or style, creating an ideal environment for both short and extended stays.
Location & Getting Around
Here's where this place really shines — the location scores an 8.6 from guests, and I can see why. You're close enough to walk to Rotterdam Centraal (though it's a bit of a trek), but more importantly, you're in a neighborhood that feels authentically Dutch rather than touristy. The tram connections are solid, and having parking available on-site is honestly a game-changer if you're driving — finding parking in Rotterdam can be a real headache otherwise. The accessibility makes it an excellent base for exploring the city, with convenient public transport links connecting you to major attractions and business districts throughout the metropolitan area.
Neighborhood Vibes
Kralingen-Crooswijk has this interesting mix of students, young professionals, and families that gives it a lived-in feel. There are some decent cafes within walking distance, and the Kralingse Bos park isn't far if you want to escape the urban buzz for a bit. It's not the most happening area for nightlife, but if you're planning to explore Rotterdam's city center anyway, this neighborhood offers a quieter base to return to. The residential character provides a genuine local experience, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in authentic Dutch culture while maintaining easy access to the city's main commercial and cultural hubs.
Why Guests Love It
Couples seem to really appreciate this place — probably because it strikes that sweet spot between being affordable and still feeling like you have your own space. The fact that recent guests rate it 7.8 overall tells you it's doing the basics right without any major surprises (good or bad). It's the kind of place where you'll sleep well, have everything you need, and not feel like you're missing out on the Rotterdam experience just because you're not staying in some flashy hotel downtown. The value proposition makes it an attractive choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking quality accommodations without compromising on essential amenities or strategic location benefits.

It is a location for a short stay without expectations.
Good location, quiet neighborhood, department store nearby.
Easy stroll from town. Has all the basics you need for a night. Comfortable. Good communication. Easy access.
Comfortable and modern apartment that has everything you need for a short stay in the city. Location is great, you can reach central station and Market Hall within 15 minutes walk. There is also a tram station nearby. Albert-Heijn is very close, so you can buy food and drinks. Inside the room you can find a microwave, kettle and coffee maker. It was quite handy for us. Communication with the owner was easy, always got fast replies and anything we needed. Check-in and check-out was super easy, we were provided with good instructions how to use the e-code to open and close the door. The area nearby is clean, quiet and safe. We enjoyed our stay.
Apartment was very compact, but with full functionality. It took time to adopt, but at the end we liked it . It was interesting experience.
new and we’ll equipped.
Location, good contact with owner/staff. Nice TV setup. Good but small shower. Clean.
Everything (:
The apartment is in a good location. You could reach the centre in 10 minutes by walking. It was extremely clean, except the fridge, there were some weird green spots left. The bed was really comfortable, I liked that you can freely move the table. Wifi was fast. The shower cabin didn’t cause any issues. There were some toiletries, so if you don’t have your own - you don’t need to buy it. Even the coffee was delicious. If you’re staying in Rotterdam for a shorter time, this place is perfect.
